Background & Qualifications
Since its founding in 1989, RBI has built an outstanding reputation as a premier installer of commercial and residential hardscape and landscape services throughout the eastern region of the United States - with a particular specialty installing retaining walls of all types. In fact, RBI has installed more than 4,000,000+ square feet of retaining walls and concrete brick pavers throughout the area, of virtually every style and type, from all of the major segmental, panel and big-block systems and concrete/brick paver manufacturers.
Performance on Large-scale Projects
RBI has successfully handled many large, multi-year Federal & State DOT highway retaining wall installation projects throughout the Eastern seaboard including projects in VA, MD, NC, NY, NJ, DE and PA.

Moreover, RBI has grown into one of the areas largest providers of snow and ice removal services (as well as year-round provider of other emergency services), to some of the regions largest and most successful retail and commercial shopping center owners and property management companies.
Corporate HQ
In July of 2018, Roche Bros., Inc. moved its headquarters to a new company-owned office building and warehouse on 4-acres in Frederick, Maryland - providing it with the buildings, land and location to expand and sustain its growth. In addition, over the past few years, the company has made substantial investments in heavy equipment, trucks and tools - building corporate capabilities to tackle projects of any size and scale. More importantly, it has added outstanding people to its work force and executive management team.
Acquisition of K&M Dri-Lay - New Pennsylvania Branch of RBI
On January 1, 2019, RBI completed the purchase of the assets of K&M Dri-Lay Masonry, Inc. of Waynesboro, PA. This is very exciting for RBI, its customers, vendors and employees as it immediately gives the company presence in the south-central PA marketplace!
Dave Kirkpatrick, founder of K&M, will continue working with this new division of RBI in an on-going consulting capacity and, importantly, the crews of K&M are now full employees of RBI. The customers of K&M Dri-Lay now have the resources and capabilities of RBI along with the local sales and service of the K&M team. RBI plans to continue using the K&M Dri-Lay name in Pennsylvania for the foreseeable future.
